Elite Spider X
Elite Spider X is an all new Superhero Based Workout Program that is extremely intense and meant for those who are looking for a challenge. This is a program no one has ever experienced before, with never before seen exercises, completely new methods of training to get you your very own Superhero style physique that you’ve been looking for.
The program is 6 days a week, 60 minutes a day for 90 days. Consisting of calisthenics, weightlifting, cardio, endurance, agility, mobility, and my favorite, Superhero Combat training. This is a very physically demanding program but if you’re a beginner, modifications will be shown so that you can keep up.
